Ruth Ann Blevins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Smith and Opal Smith; her children, Elizabeth Blevins and Jessie J. Blevins; and her sister Teresa Low Smith-Shea.
She is survived by: her children, Harley Johnson (Lance) and JohnBoy Blevins (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Chelsea Blevins, Savannah Blevins, Riley Blevins and Jessie Johnson; her great grandchildren, Harmony Blevins and Nova Blevins; and her siblings, Johnny Ray Smith, Seth Smith (Lori), Austin Smith, Norma Robinson and Lisa Sue Klein (Mike). She is also survived by nieces; nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Doan and Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
