He is survived by: his children, RJ Puckett and Mindy Johnson (Miles) of Richmond; his granddaughters, Madison, Mia, Hailey and Gracey; his siblings, Gail Boomershine, JoAnn Toler, Nancy Gibson and Donna Seals; and his half-sister Elizabeth Lawhorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
