He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Carroll; his children, Michelle Sparks of Chicago, Marty Carroll of Richmond and Scott Carroll of Richmond; his siblings, Billy Paul Sparks (Pam), Robbie Sparks (Melissa) and Pam Kincaid (Chris); his siblings-in-law, Charlie Carroll (Becky) and Lisa Bottoms (Jeff); and his pets, Damien and Ralphie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
