He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Howard Holthouse and Helen L. Thomas Holthouse. He is survived by: his wife Mary Regina "Regie" Callahan Holthouse; his children, Rebecca Hamlin (Charles) of Illinois, Rene Chronert (Steve) of Connecticut, Randy Holthouse (Vicki) of Kansas and Ross Holthouse (Kathy) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Jacob (Lauren), Emily (Ross), Maggie Hamlin, Tom, Michael Chronert, Tiffany (Mitch), Andrew (Kaytlyn), Julie, Jessie Holthouse, Madelyn and Ryan Holthouse; his great grandchildren, Hadley, James, Riley, Erin, Allie, Kourtney, Derrik and Peyton; and his siblings, Kathleen Kutter (John) of Richmond, Tom Holthouse (Joy) of Richmond and Charity Jeanine Holthouse. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
