He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Howard and Mary Jane Shock Hopkins; his son Ronald Andrew Hopkins; and his siblings, Carol Kennedy, Danny and Terry Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Hopkins; his daughters, Heather Graham (Junior) of Richmond and Gia Stapleton (Dan) of Centerville, Indiana; and his sister Cheryl Troup (Doug) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; one aunt; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
