He is survived by: his wife Kathy Clark Barker; his children, Master Sergeant, Michael Barker (JoEllen) of Arizona and Jennifer Passante (Mike) of Arizona; his stepsons, David Allen Hoelscher of Richmond and Marty Hoelscher of New Paris; his grandchildren, Matt Barker, Sam Barker, Gabrielle Passante of Arizona and Alexandria Hoelscher of Fountain City; and his siblings, Phil Barker (Teri) of Richmond and Lisa Wettig of Richmond. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
