He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Robbins and Alice Irene Dafler Robbins; his son-in-law Mike Starr; and his brother Kirby J. Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Porter Robbins; his children, Robert Robbins Jr. (Pam), Ande Starr and Russell Robbins (Angie); his grandchildren, Missy (Brian), Alex, Ryan, Katie and Rachael; his great grandchild Wesley; and his cousin Joan Youst.
