He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Horner and Bernice Longstreth Teegarden; and his sister Beverly Spotts. He is survived by: his daughter Kerrie Cruickshank of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, William, Molly and Adelyn; and his nieces and nephews, Debra Blum, Catherine Allison, William Spotts, Gary Spotts and Michael Spotts.
