He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Smith and Pearl Smith; his wife Caryl; his children, Michele Eaton (Dwayne), Annette Shields (Ralph Zanello), Kelli Hunt (Ullie Tanner), Stephanie Carden (Chad), Bill Smith, David Smith, Cheryl Smith, Bobby Jon Smith and Karen Smith; his sisters, Gloria and Carolyn; his sister-in-law Cindy Hall; his friend Slu Lanman; and his son Stephen. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
