He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reinke and Eva Hein Reinke; his former wife Julia "Judy" Blue Reinke; and his nephew William A. Reinke (Pam). He is survived by: his wife Toni Meredith Reinke; his children, Ann Reinke of Milwaukee, Karen Reinke of Springfield, Illinois, Kurt Reinke (Cat) of Tucson and Mark Reinke (Lisa) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his stepchildren, Anne Dalton (John) of Richmond, Emily Meredith (Tim Young) of Seattle, Washington and John Meredith (Gayla) of Richmond; his stepgrandchildren, Emily Mclellan (J. B.), Ashley Hawk (Kenny), Alyssa Reinke, John Lucey, Helen Lucey (Gianni Vissat), Madeline, Hanora Lucey, Julia, Luke Reinke, Alexa Pressley, Trisha Meredith, Thomas Meredith (Julie), Hannah Wright (Jason) and Meredith Young; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Fiona Mclellan, Kennedy Hawk, Natalie, Stella, Lena Meredith, Elise, Jonathon and Annabelle Wright; his brother William J. Reinke (Elizabeth); his niece Sally Taelman (Craig); and his nephew Andrew Reinke. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, services for the Honorable Robert L. Reinke will be private with Rev. Jen Huff officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wayne County Foundation for the Robert L. and Toni L. Reinke Fund in memory of Robert L. Reinke.
