She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph and Marie Milota Polak Sr.; and her grandchildren, Tara, Tamra, James, Joann and Joey. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren, one niece, and one nephew, and great-nieces and nephews.
