He was predeceased by: his father Billy. He is survived by: his mother Rita Duncil Chism Jr. (Dallas Newton); and his siblings, James Chism (Diane), Michael Chism and Sandy Gaston of Richmond. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
