She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hobbs and Margaret Kendall Hobbs; her husband Ernest L. "Ernie" Mann; her sister Shirley Caplinger; and her pet Rocky.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Saylor (Shanda Hall) and Ernie Mann Jr. (Jerica Gadd); and her brother James Hobbs (Rosie). She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
