He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wissler and Miriam Lloyd Wissler; his son David Wissler; his brother Sydney Wissler; his siblings-in-law, Claudette Wissler and Jerry Long; and his nieces, Annette Estep and Sherry Etheridge.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Wissler; his children, Debbie Witt (Mike) of Heltonville, Indiana and Paul Wissler (Beth) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his daughter-in-law Vickie Lee (Ron) of Brookville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Craig Witt of Chicago, Heather Owens (Sam) of Kennesaw, Georgia, Sean Witt (Haley) of Gosport, Sherry Holland (Jay) of Brookville, Shanda Lee of Englewood, Shannon Kendig (Adam) of Arcanum, Shavonne Smart (Ben) of Phillipsburg, Stephanie Brewer of Florida, Erin Wissler Gerdes (Harrison) of Iowa City, Kevin Wissler of Denver and Maura Wissler of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and his sister Marilyn Long of Richmond. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
