She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Smith and Celeste Tate Smith; her husband Robert Michael Cull; her son James G. Howard; and her siblings, Hazel Goins, Ithel Reid, Justine Feaselman, Betty Dees and Carl Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Baczewski (Arthur) of Fountain City, Indiana; and her sisters, Arlene Jenkins, Janet Moore and Erlene Wandersee. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
