He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thompson and Edna Wilbur Thompson; and his sisters, Marcia Caskey and Laura Vickers. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Herbert (Kenneth) of Richmond and Jennifer Thompson of Richmond; his grandchildren, Tyler, Braden and Shay; his siblings, Richard Thompson of Shirley, Indiana and Teresa Ferguson (Brent) of Centerville, Indiana; his close friend Dean Vickers; and his pet Bubby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
