She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeHaven and Phyllis DeHaven. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Gulley and Ronald Gulley (Sandra); her siblings, Diane Gettinger (George) and Doc DeHaven; and her close friend Kelly Padgett. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
