He is survived by: his son Herbert Shackelford (Sue Carolyn Bowen-McGruder); his wife Rebecca Shackelford of Richmond, IN; his children, Phillip Shackelford, Jr. of Richmond, IN, Cameron Shackelford, Sr. of Fort Wayne, IN and Brandy Shackelford of Richmond, IN; his stepchildren, Robert Daniels of Richmond, IN, LaRay Daniels of Richmond, IN and Brittiany Daniels of Richmond, IN; his grandchildren, Cameron Shackelford, Jr., Aaliyah Shackelford, Brooklynn Daniels and Lavender Daniels; his great grandchildren, Novella Smith and Amir Jones; his siblings, Michelle Powe, Jillanna McGruder, Carol Sue Blue (Elvert), Calvin Roberts, Carl Roberts, Gino McGruder (Patrice) and Maurice McGruder; his aunt Augusta Fowler; his cousins, David Hogg, Terry Williams and Ronald Lewis; and his close friends, Gerald Miller and Lacy Morris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
