He was predeceased by: his father David Casebolt. He is survived by: his mother Carol Casebolt; his significant other Nicole Fennimore; his children, Sienna and Evan Casebolt; his sister Sarah Casebolt (Justin); his half-siblings, Jessica Silva (Gabe), Eric Casebolt (Jennifer), David Lahmann (Angie), Frank Lahmann (Jenie) and Carl Lahmann (Deanna); and his cousin Marc Casebolt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the family to offset funeral expenses.
