He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold D. Blose and Martha Alice Ross Blose; his grandson Tony Leffingwell; his son-in-law Hal Leffingwell; and his brother Donovan R. Blose.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice J. "Bernie" Wolber Blose; his daughters, Beverly Johnson (Ron) of Owensboro, Barbara Leffingwell of San Antonio and Penny Lakoff (Tim) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Corey Johnson (Ashley) of Kentucky, Keeli John (Joseph) of Georgia, Anjie Frost (Michael) of Texas, Jessica Cannon (Jeremy) of California, Ben Lakoff of California and Pete Lakoff (Jenna) of Florida; and his brother Max A. Blose (Sally) of Texas. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we regret to inform you that the graveside service for Philip D. Blose will be private with Pastor Chip Belanga officiating.
