He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Kwiatt (Young). He is survived by: his father Frank J. Kwiatt Jr.; his wife Christel Kwiatt (Mays); his children, Peter Jr., Richard, Brittanee, Faith Kwiatt and Alexandria Fansler; and his stepsons, Matthew and Adam Sams. He is also survived by 2 sisters; 3 brothers.
