She is survived by: her daughters, Hollie Romero (José) of Indianapolis, Danielle Clark (Collin) of Connersville and Heather Downard of Richmond; her grandchildren, Izabellah, Landyn, Chance and Jersey; her siblings, Barbara Ballenger of Richmond, Pam Rich of Richmond, Amanda Tate of Surf City, Carlo Hibbard Jr. of Benton and Steve Hibbard (Regina) of North Port, Florida; and her stepsiblings, Debra Wilkinson (Cliff) of Hagerstown, Indiana and Ron Pendleton of Hagerstown. She is also survived by aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
