She is survived by: her father Frank Fonscea; her husband Joseph Marlin Chance of Richmond; her son Bruce Anthony Noelker; her stepdaughter Tawn Chance of Lexington, KY; her sister Pamela James; her niece Marlena James of Richmond; and her nephew Ullie James.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Community Family Funeral Home (101 W Main St, Richmond, IN 47374). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
