It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Opal Stackhouse (Richmond, Indiana), who passed away at the age of 88, on August 23, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Lee and Sarah Martha Rust; her husband W. E. "Bill" Stackhouse, Jr.; her children, W. E. "Bill" Stackhouse III, Kathy Hiden (Franklin), Sarah Hyatt and Samuel Stackhouse (Jacqueline); her sisters, Martha, Eileen and Allelia; and her brother-in-law Frank Hunyadi. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully asks that you wear a mask, and there will also be masks available at the church.
In lieu of flowers, Opal would love for you to make a donation to either the Richmond Community Food Pantry, Rock Solid Ministry, World Hope International, or for the Haiti orphanage. Donations may be made to Christ Presbyterian Church, earmarked "Haiti orphanage" or "World Hope International" (for Sierra Leone ministry).
