We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2020, at the age of 71, Onda K Retter (Richmond, Indiana), born in Fort Recovery, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Courtney and Pauline Arnold Courtney; her children, Susan Retter (Jason Thurston) of Losantville, Natalie Adams (Rick) of Richmond and James Retter (Cindy) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Abigail Adams, Memorie Wallace, Dakota Retter and Alexis; and her husband John Melvin Retter. She was also cherished by three great grand children and one on the way; seven brothers and sister, several nieces and nephews.
