She was predeceased by: her grandmother Joyce Banta. She is survived by: her parents, Chris Lewis and Cyndi Lewis; her sisters, Charlie Lewis, Penny Hossman (Craig Titus) and Amanda Coyner (Jim); her nieces and nephews, Skyler Reece, Maddox Coyner, Hayley Reece, Kendall Coyner and Sophia Coyner; and her grandmother Nancy Lewis.
