She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jenkins and Lizzie Jenkins; her son Irving Hogue; her husband Ferd Roberson, Jr.; and her brothers, Waymon Jenkins of Naman Jenkins, A. L and Earnest Jenkins, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Hogue, Mary Fairchild and Laura Roberson-Macklin (Paul); her grandchildren, Greg Fairchild (Tierney), Marla Fairchild and Tametra Hogue; and her sisters, Lelar Bowling and Kerine Anderson. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
