He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Conder and Lillian Jackson Conder; and his stepson-in-law Aaron Chandler. He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Abbott of Richmond; his uncle Bennie Jackson of Richmond; his stepdaughter Lisa Chandler of Greens Fork, Indiana; his granddaughters, Kylie and Karyssa; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Ayden, Landyn, Brian and Hannah. He is also survived by cousins; and many friends.
