She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Scharlach and Stella Meyer Scharlach; her husband Jack Brown; and her daughter Jennifer Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie Gardner (David) of Hillard and Stephanie Harper (Chris) of Rochester, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Matthew Gardner (Kayla), Nicholas Gardner, Mackenzie Leffler (David), Riley Harper (Maddy) and Caden Harper; and her great grandchildren, Madalyn Gardner and Klayton Gardner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Doan & Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Earlham Cemetery (1101 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374).
