She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Nora Edna Crabbe Houck; her husband Stanley E. Bailey; her siblings, Harold Houck, Eileen Siebold and Maxine Hart; and her grandson Ryan Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta L. "Bobbi" Winchester (Jimmy) of Richmond, Cathy I. Gray (Rick) of The Villages and Mark Edward Bailey (Dawn) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her sister Mary Jane Guy of Milford Center, Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
