She is survived by: her son Andrew Lewis (Monica Lewis) of Richmond, IN; her sister Sarah Coblentz of Richmond, IN; her nephew Larry Coblentz (Carlie Coblentz) of Noblesville, IN; her close friend Mitch Pennington; and also Kodee Pennington.
