Duncan of Richmond, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Duncan and Ardys Tinkler Duncan. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Shearer (Kenton) of Centerville, Indiana; his former wife Bobbi Duncan; his stepson Josh Hughes (Stephanie) of Richmond, Indiana; his granddaughter Shaellyn Shearer; his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Baylei Hughes and Preston Murphy; his siblings, Dianne Mansfield of Terre Haute, Indiana, George Duncan (Jorene) of Kokomo and Dave Duncan (Janine) of Lafayette, Indiana; and his friend Steve Hughes (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
