He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bane and Catherine Paradiso Bane; and his wife Deborah Bane. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Bane of Richmond, Stacey Laughlin (Pete) of Ft. Wayne and Krista Gilbert (Dave) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Alston, Courtney, Ryan, Josh, Lily, Luke and Michael; his siblings, Sue Downing and Steve Bane of Richmond; and his friend Jim Snow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
