She is survived by: her sons, Jason Ruger of Cincinnati and Eric Ruger of Richmond; her grandchildren, Olivia, Isabel, Sam, Alex and Lizzy; and her brother Gary Kitchel. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
