She is survived by: her husband Nick Johnson; her children, Jayden and Jacob; her sister Megan Day (John) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her siblings-in-law, Nathan, Melanie Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio, Renee Wattley (Neal) of Ft. Wayne and Kyra Gonzalez (David). She is also survived by many family members and friends.
