It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Adam Lucas in Richmond, Indiana, born in Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Terry L. Lucas; his grandparents, Ralph, Sondra Lucas, Betty Baker and Roscoe Hamilton; and his uncle Michael "Shane" Hamilton.
He is survived by: his mother Wilma Hamilton Flynn; his close friend Sarah Koonce; his siblings, Anthony Lucas (Amanda) and Tara Reece (Thomas); his niece Marley; his nephew Theo; and his pets, Honey and Gracie.
The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Adopt-A-Dog, P.O. Box 376, Liberty, IN 47353.
