Mary Lou Hess Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Hess of Richmond, Indiana, born in Oxford, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack and Marjory Godfrey Hess; her siblings, Jack Hess Jr. and Betty Stewart; and her nephew Steven Hess.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Bourne (Chris), Lynn Hess and Sue Austerman (Fred). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
