She is survived by: her husband William "Bill"; her children, Christopher Thomas Wheeler (Lisa) of New Paris and Elizabeth Ann Smith of Richmond; her grandchildren, Matthew (Hannah), Mark, Sarah, Luke, Alexander, Robert and Tyler; her brother Harold Wiley (Rita); and her brother-in-law Richard Parker.
