She is survived by: her children, Tonya Hutzell (Bill), Rob Allen and Mike Alvey; her grandson Billy Hutzell; and her brothers, Arthur Phenis of Liberty and Ron Phenis (Doris) of Kentucky. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
