He was predeceased by: his mother Isabelle Spicer; his grandparents, Lieutenant and Rosetta Williams; and his close friend Vanessa Moore. He is survived by: his children, Dianna Burns Kirksey (Darrell), Derrick Burns (Rhonda), Clayton Bennett (Ashley), Mckenzie Burns (Tranaye) and Tiera Jackson; his grandchildren, Dewann Gibson (Jarae), Etienne Gibson (Kian), Adrion Gibson, Grant Nufrio, Elijah Kirksey, Kailey Burns, Gianna Holston, Gabriel Kirksey, Jae'lyn Bennett, Kailynn Marie and Karter Mae Burns; and also, Alicia Frazier Craig, Thomas, Eva Oswald, Joyce Gray, Richard and Pam Robinson.
