He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Jacob and Gloria Jacob; and his nephew Keith Jacob (Kimberly "Kimmy" Dagia). He is survived by: his sons, Ryan and Jeremy Jacob; his brothers, Jim Jacob, Bob (Julie Jacob), Bill (Gayle Jacob) and Rick (Charmain Jacob); and his grandchildren, Cayla Zamora, Preston Caldwell, Jorden Miller and Jeremy Jacob Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, their children.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrews Cemetery (1701 Liberty Ave, Richmond, IN 47374).
