He was predeceased by: his father Siegfried Holthouse (Bud). He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Holthouse; his daughters, Anji Holthouse and Amy Kern; his brothers, Steve, Dan (Debbie) and Jerry Holthouse (Caryl); and his grandchildren, Madi Holthouse and Noa Dannaker.
There will also be a donation box set up for anyone who would like to help with costs.
