He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hugh and Mary Generose Clark (Mattingly); his wife Bonnie; his daughter Carol Lynn Clark; his grandson David Lee Hoover; and his siblings, James Clark, Robert Clark, Charles Clark, John Clark, Loretta Kemmerzell and Mary Lucille Nicholson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Clark of Indianapolis, IN, Beverly Pegg (Keith) of Richmond, IN and Christy Hoover (John) of Richmond, IN; his grandchildren, Jessica Eversole (James) of Fountain City, IN, John Hoover of Richmond, IN, Chris Hoover of Richmond, IN, Andrea Pegg of Richmond, IN and Natalie Pegg of Richmond, IN; his great grandchild Evie Eversole; his siblings, Alberta Moore of Charlottesville, VA and Joseph Clark of Louisville, KY; and his close friend Charlie Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
