She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Harry P. Ross, MD and Beryl Barber Ross; her husband John W. Black Jr.; and her sisters, Ellen Esther Ross Dillon and Eleanor Jean Ross Holby.
She is survived by: her sons, John Harry Black (Cathy Horellou) of Onsala, Sweden and Clayton Robert Black (Janet) of Southport; and her grandchildren, Kyle Black, Kathleen Black Milam, Kevin Black, Steven Black and Gwenaelle Black. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; niece; and nephew.
