She is survived by: her children, Ozzie Smith Jr. (Jacqueline), Lisa Hampton (Willie), Anthony Smith (Pam) and Laura Smith; her husband Ozzie Smith; her siblings, Lavera Patterson, Brenda Williams (Dwight) and Michael Lynch (Cindy); her grandchildren, Darwin Hampton (Leslie), Chalonda Hampton, Josh Smith, Tiara Smith, Latasha Hampton, Anthony Smith Jr., Christina Smith, Tianna Hampton and Destiny Smith; and her great grandchildren, Akylah Hampton, Dajmyah Hampton, Tyvieon Henson, Ayris Smith, Avin Smith, Braelynn Smith, Zaidyn Hampton and Nakira Rice.
