He was predeceased by: his parents, Linville Allen and Ada Allen; and his sons, Billy, Kevin and Tim Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Allen; his daughter Teresa Powell (Danny) of Richmond; his siblings, Mary Hemminger (Bill) of Portage, Lois Sandifar of Richmond, Ilene Neeley of Centerville, Lisa Wheeler of Richmond and Eddy Allen of Economy; his grandchildren, Kimberly Statham, Jessica Brock, Ashley Hensley, Heather Nemecio, Monica McClain, Amanda Hall and Adam Powell; and his siblings, Kash, Elick, Cartie Allen and Pearl Hines. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stegall-BerheideOrr Funeral Home (222 N 10th St, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
