With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Ann Adkins of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on July 11, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lou Ann Adkins to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ammon and Evelyn D. Haines Ammon; her husband Robert Adkins; and her brothers, Richard, Paul "Pete" Ammon and Gerald Ammon.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Brockman (Clarence) of Ardmore, Alabama, Gary Adkins (Bonna) of Richmond and Robert Adkins of Pensacola, Florida; and her sisters, Lucille Ivey of Pensacola and Dorothea "Dotty" Angi (Rolland Hofacker) of Richmond. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
