She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Devoll and Eleanor Johnson Devoll; her children, Murland Roscoe (Lena) of Ohio, Mark Creek (Sharon) of Arizona, Gunner Roscoe of Richmond, Angie Kirtley (Jim) of Richmond, Ronald Roscoe Jr. of Richmond, Pandra Fradenburg (Scott) of Texas and Hank Roscoe of Richmond; her daughter-in-law Pam Roscoe of Selma; her grandchildren, Tiffiny Kendall (Scott Adams), Kaitlin Wallace (Zach), Lindsey Stafford (CJ), Zachary Fradenburg, Jacob Kirtley (Chevelle Nolte), Savana Kates (Jaylen Halcomb), Blake Roscoe, Whitney Roscoe, Zack Creek, Noah Creek and Sierra Creek; her great grandchildren, Eastin, Bryce, Myles Fetters, Lydia Stafford and Judith Halcomb; her siblings, Dora Blair, Freda Martindale and Carl Devoll (Marge); her husband Ronald Roscoe Sr.; her son Richard Roscoe; and her sister Sue Mullins. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
