She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Portanova and Francesca Portanova; and her siblings, Donata, Giuseppe, Dante, Michael, William Portanova, Lucille Cooper, Mary Theresa Altenbach and Viola Foust.
She is survived by: her children, David Mullins (Annette) of Richmond and Sharon Schaffer (James) of West Chester, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Matthew Mullins (Hannah) of Richmond, Dan Schaffer of Mason, Sarah Gipson of Richmond, Emily Beatty (Tony) of Pittsburgh and Natalie Mullins of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
