She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Anderson and Laura Stokes Anderson; her husband Elmer Ratliff; her daughters, Marilyn Moor of Dublin and Carol Caiazzo (Luke) of Richmond, IN.; her grandchildren, Rebecca Offenbacher of Canton, GA, Mary Walker of Dublin, OH, Anne Ward (Frank) of Galloway, OH, Sarah Linder (Eric) of Dublin, OH, Emily Williams (Jerry) of Dublin, OH, Jeff Moor (Ivory) of Lewis Center, OH and Kevin Rich (Melissa) of Richmond, IN.; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Lane, Sidney Wagers, Lawson, Rainan Linder, Miesha, Magnus and Maxton Moor. She was also cherished by her family deeply, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
